Mr. O'Connor has a long standing practice in the Northern Tier of Pennsylvania, with an office located in Great Bend, Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania. He is a general practitioner who has appeared in numerous courts throughout the Northeastern part of Pennsylvania and argued cases before the Superior Court and the Commonwealth Courts as well as the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. He is experienced in the field of Lawyer Ethics and Lawyer Discipline. Frank has spoken throughout the Commonwealth on these matters and has had articles published discussing the topics.
A counselor as well as a litigator, Frank has a vast experience in contracts, vehicle and traffic cases, matrimonial matters, estates, estate planning and real estate issues. In addition, Mr. O'Connor represents many small businesses and advises them on their legal matters. He has represented numerous landowners on oil and gas issues and lease negotiations as well as pipeline agreements.
