Public Integrity

The West Firm offers specialized expertise in the area of public integrity.  The Public Integrity Practice Area assists and represents clients with all facets of lobbying, ethics, and election law compliance in connection with the regulatory purview of the State’s new Commission on Public Integrity, the New York State Board of Elections, and federal lobbying and election law regulatory bodies.

The Public Integrity Practice Area can also assist clients in maximizing the benefit of their political contribution efforts while ensuring compliance with all applicable state and federal election laws, rules, and regulations.  For example, the Firm's expertise and experience also consists of representing political action committees (PACs), including their formation, strategy, and compliance; internal election law audits; assistance in maximizing corporate and individual political contributions in accordance with all pertinent legal requirements and limitations; and ensuring accurate reporting of political contributions and activities.
