Commercial Real Estate

The Firm’s attorneys have extensive experience in commercial real estate representing businesses, developers and institutional lenders.  The Firm has a specialized expertise in performing title due diligence.  Specifically, the firm’s attorneys are well adept in reviewing title documents to confirm title, identify any third-party rights and determine if they will interfere with the use of the property.
